The Carthusian monks planted this vineyard in order to have wine for the Mass. The present owners bought the property with the promise to pray for the Eternal Rest of these monks.
Fresh & aromatic with the very typical bouquet of Sauvignon – grapefruit & boxwood.
A generous wine, a typical white Bordeaux.
A good freshness in the mouth.
Soil : Clay and Limestone
